Please Don't open any Paypal Disputes or Credit card Charge-backs with out talking it over with us about your situation. We are here to fill your order and complete the transaction. Privacy Policy:

All information that we receive is secure and is private and will not be sold or distributed or released to any third parties. This Online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website by the customer and not information collected offline.

Refunds:

All Refund are issued back the same way the payment was sent. We can also issue store credit. Once store credit has been issued the refund is final.


Returns, Cancellations, Exchanges, Restocks, & Warranty Policies

No Returns/ Exchanges Will be accepted after 30 days of invoice date. This date is located on the invoice.

Please Call Us At 814-695-5778 Before returning any parts,
You will need the invoice number located on the top right hand side of your invoice. All returns/exchanges must have a copy of the invoice and a RMA # enclosed to be processed.
Any returns without proper paperwork will be refused and returned back to you at your expense.
Any parts that have been used , installed, altered and not returned in the original new and clean packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange. Any dirty or damaged packaging will not be accepted for return.
Any parts returned must be new/unused and in original and clean manufacture packaging, returned packaging cannot have any other writing on it. It must be returned the same condition that you received it.


Pricing:

We reserve the right to change any pricing as needed without notice on any of our advertising, websites etc. All prices advertised on our website are subject to change at any given time. If there is pricing errors due to increase in product price from manufacture we will notify you as soon as we know of them and we will provide options to either pay price difference or cancel the order for a full refund. We have the right to cancel any orders due to incorrect prices advertised.
In the event a price does increase we will contact you prior to processing your order. We reserve the right to not process your order at posted price due to price increases,
Prices herein are only valid via online order form.

Returns & Cancellations:

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from invoice date.
All returns or cancellations will be charged a 20% restocking Fee.
All items must be in the original package and cannot contain any writing on said packing, Items accepted for returns must be new and restock-able condition. If an item is found to be non returnable it will be sent back to you and no credit will be issued.
A "RMA" number will be required for any returns, Decals cannot be returned. This does not mean your item will be accepted for a return at that time.
This number must be posted on the outside of your return package, do not write any numbers on the item packing or container.
Any returns must be sent prepaid, any cods, Shipments billed to us
etc will be refused.
RMA Numbers are valid for 15 days from issue. Any returns after 15 days may be refused.

Custom Orders:

Such as Hydro-turf Seat covers & Hydro-turf Mats in any colors other than Black CAN NOT FOR ANY REASON BE CANCELLED!!!!
All Custom order sales are Non Returnable and will not be accepted if sent back to us

Shipping & Handling:

Currently We offer Free shipping to USA ONLY ! on orders over $150.00 but not weighing over 50 LBS.
Shipping & handling Will be added to all orders and is non-refundable. Warranty will not pay for any shipping charges either direction. Any parts returned must be new/unused and in original and clean manufacture packaging, returned packaging cannot have any other writing on it. It must be returned the same condition that you received it. All items we sell are brand new and come with a factory warranty... The customized products are non refundable so make sure you make them the way you want them the first time... Make sure you ask all questions before your purchase because if something is incorrect do to a guess we are not liable for your mistakes... By checking this box you are saying you agree to our terms and conditions and there is no turning back.. This box is your signature and we will hold you to these terms and conditions.. We state to allow up to 3 business weeks for shipping process in some cases it can take longer. Any ordered shipped outside the united states usually take longer depending on the availability of the product that is purchased.

Due to the high volume of credit card theft for your safety and security we will ONLY ship to the billing address of the credit card.

Shipping costs that are provided are done by estimate only and can vary upon actual shipping costs. if there is a problem with shipping costs we will notify you right away to clear up and amount differences.

Once we have shipped out the items we will NOT refund money on LOST items due to shipping process...

Orders will not be split up for any reason when you choose this method. So if you need an item faster than another item is is better to put it on order by itself.

Free Shipping:

There is a $3.00 Low Order Processing Fee on orders that are $10.00 and lower (does not include shipping costs.). .
Free Freight Program ALL items will ship and nothing will ship until everything is ready to ship..
If the Order Weight is over 50 Lbs or a Size Limit it will not Qualify for free shipping.
Free shipping Excludes HI, AK, PR, Outlaying islands, Military addresses, Guam, Marshall islands, Federated states of Micronesia, Orders will not be split up for any reason when you choose this method. So if you need an item faster than another item is is better to put it on order by itself.

Helmets:

May be exchanged for sizing only. Helmet must be returned in / with all original packaging and contents. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us.

Backorders:

All Items are Subject to Back-order without notice.. Some things we sell may not be in stock and may take time for us to receive the item... We usually State to Allow up to 3 business Weeks for delivery for all custom ordered items. Such as some mat kits and seat covers.

Closeouts:

All closeout sales are final and sold as is. No Returns or Exchanges will be authorized.

Damages:

Report any damages to the shipper (Ups FedEx , Etc) that delivered your package,
They will instruct you on how to file a claim, Do Not Send it back to us without prior approval. Please note that shipped product becomes your property at time of UPS or FedEx pickup. In the event they lose any of your product we will help you file a claim. Product will only be replaced once they have issued a claim and payment number to us. If you opt to have the shorted product replaced, your credit card will be billed at time of reshipment and will be credited back once the shipper has issued payment of a claim. A&D Discount Performance is NOT liable to replace any lost product as a result of the shippers.
Shortages & Errors
All attempts have been made that your order was checked and confirmed to be correct when it left our shipping department. If a mistake was made on your order please contact us 814-695-5778 within 3 days of delivery, Please also retain all packing and have your invoice ready when you call us.
Used / Installed Items:
Any items that have been installed or used cannot be returned.
We do not offer any type of compensation or trade on these type of items.
Clothing:
May be exchanged only in new & unworn, tags must be attached, no refunds can be given on any clothing.


Warranties:

Most Aftermarket parts warranties are handled directly by the manufacturer.
Any warranty parts found to be defective will be replaced, no refunds
or credit will be issued. Warranty does not cover normal wear items.
Any freight charges incurred to or from us will be your responsibility.
Warranty will not pay for any shipping charges either direction.
You MUST provide us a copy of your invoice for us to attempt any warranty returns.
We will not process any warranty without your invoice as proof of purchase.
